Throughout these Terms and Policies, we will use "NaturAll Kitchen" to refer to this website. Please note that NaturAll Kitchen is owned and operated by NaturAll Club.
Terms of Service
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services;

If you are a resident of the State of California, you have the right to access the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (a “sale” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act [“CCPA”] is defined to include the selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, the personal information of a consumer to another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration). Upon receipt of such request, we must first verify your identity and place of residence before we can process the request. You have a right to request deletion of personal information under the CCPA as well as a right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information To exercise your right, please contact us at the e-mail or phone number listed above. California residents have the right to be treated in a non-discriminatory manner by us when a verified consumer is exercising privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.
An authorized agent may submit a request to know or a request to delete on behalf of a California resident, we will require that you do the following: Provide the authorized agent written and signed permission to do so and directly confirm with us that you provided the agent permission.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your NaturAll Kitchen product purchases. In the event you feel that a NaturAll Kitchen product you purchased doesn't perform the way you want or expect, please let us know by reaching out to us at email@example.com for a return. We are happy to issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling, gift wrapping, or other service fees) upon receipt of the remaining unused product within 30 days from the date that the product was delivered to you.
Refunds will be credited in the form of store credit via an e-gift card. Purchases of gift certificates and/or sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
We, unfortunately, cannot receive returns on overly used products or products not purchased online at NaturAllKitchen.com. Additionally, we will accept returns on our Deep Conditioners, as long as they are unopened.
There will be a standard shipping fee of $7 when returning your product, and this fee will be deducted from the total store credit rewarded. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. For example, a product delivered on April 1st, 2020 must be submitted to the shipping carrier by April 30th, 2020 in order to be granted a store credit.
We will provide you with a return label and you will receive store credit in exchange for the product once it is returned to our facility. This store credit will be sent in the form of an e-gift card. Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), you will receive an email notification to the original email used to place the order.

The carriers we utilize are DHL and United States Postal Service Ground Service. We ship to the U.S., and U.S. military bases within the United States.
Shipping is free to all 50 states and NaturAll Kitchen does not ship products outside of the 50 states.
NaturAll Kitchen guarantees the delivery of all orders. Orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, stolen, or damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are misdelivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
NaturAll Kitchen will not refund or replace orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
